Frequently Asked Questions

Our usual dispatch time is 3-5 working days. Orders are sent using the Tracked48 service with Royal Mail, so once dispatched it should take 2-3 days to receive your order. Please note, as a small business that regularly attends shows and markets across the UK, there are periods when we are away from our premises, and therefore we may occasionally extend our dispatch time to 5-10 working days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sophieharmer.co.uk.() We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes. We are unable to cancel personalised orders.

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it’s available for immediate dispatch. By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving the product in advance, and it will be delivered to you as soon as it’s back in stock or becomes available. The estimated delivery timeframes are shown next to the pre-order option. Should this timeframe change, we will be in touch to let you know.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@sophieharmer.co.uk.() We'll assist you with a return, exchange, or refund, depending on your preference.
