Our standard shipping charge is £5, and we also offer an express shipping option for £7, providing quicker delivery for those who need it. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days, while personalised orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly to ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with us at contact@sophieharmer.co.uk. We’ll provide you with the necessary instructions to process your return or exchange. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Unfortunately, personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
