Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer shipping to mainland UK. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. Our standard shipping charge is £5. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an express shipping option at this time.
Our current dispatch time is 5–10 working days. As a small business that regularly attends shows and markets across the UK, there are periods when we are away from our premises, which may occasionally delay the processing of orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We always strive to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible to ensure your items reach you safely and in good time.
Standard postage for Greeting cards and A5/A4 Prints is charged at £1.90, with priority shipping costing £3.40.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with us at contact@sophieharmer.co.uk. We’ll provide you with the necessary instructions to process your return or exchange. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging and customers are responsible for covering the cost of return delivery.
Unfortunately, personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Vintage Furniture Policy
Please note that all vintage and antique furniture is sold as seen. These pieces have had a life before reaching us, as such, signs of age, minor imperfections, and surface wear are to be expected and celebrated as part of their charm.
We take care to photograph and describe each item accurately, but if you have questions before ordering, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Due to the nature and size of these items, delivery charges may vary and will be confirmed at checkout or shortly after your order is placed.
Vintage Furniture Delivery
We offer doorstep delivery of vintage furniture to most postcodes within England. If your address falls within our delivery area, this option will be available at checkout. All deliveries are two person deliveries, made personally by us to ensure your piece arrives safely to your door.
If your address is outside our delivery radius, or would rather arrange to collect in person, please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange collection from our premises or discuss alternative options where possible.
As our vintage pieces are often large and one-of-a-kind, please ensure there is adequate access for delivery before purchasing. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’re here to help.
