Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products and click on any items you wish to buy and add them to your ‘Shopping Bag.’ After finishing your selection, click on 'View Basket & Checkout,' and you will be asked for a few details to help us fulfil the order.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement email, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order to you. The purchase contract is formed when we dispatch the order, even if payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

We may refuse to accept an order under the following circumstances:

Goods are unavailable
We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
There has been a pricing or product description error
Your order for personalised products contains inappropriate content, such as threatening or abusive material. We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem offensive.

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Sophie Harmer until full payment has been received for the goods.

To redeem a Sophie Harmer Gift Voucher, enter the unique code (found on the front of the voucher) at checkout on www.sophieharmer.co.uk Gift Vouchers can only be used at www.sophieharmer.co.uk or at our retail fairs we attend throughout the year. No change can be given from a Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Once used, the voucher is void.

Personalisation Policy

Once a personalised order is placed, it is considered final. Please take extra care when entering names, addresses, or other personalised details on our website, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for personalised products unless they are faulty.

Due to the bespoke nature of personalised items, they cannot be easily resold, which means we cannot accept returns if you change your mind after placing the order.

Personalised products can only be shipped via standard delivery.

If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, we will dispatch everything together in a single package. If you need your non-personalised items sooner, please place a separate order.

Delivery Estimates:

Personalised Prints: 5-7 working day

If your personalised text is entered entirely in uppercase letters and is near the 12-character limit, our team may adjust the font size as necessary. Your custom text may vary slightly from the online preview, but this will not be considered a fault.

Please note that due to variations in screen settings and lighting conditions, the colours displayed on your device may differ slightly from the actual product. We make every effort to ensure accurate representation, but we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will perfectly match the real thing.
