We thought British Summer Time was meant to start last weekend! At least it seems to have arrived today!
It has been quite a windy start to the month, we have nearly lost our marquee on two occassions already so we are glad to have enjoyed a lovely sunny Easter Monday, and hopefully it stays around for our next event at the end of April.
However, we have been at two amazing venues in the last couple of weeks, with Harewood House hosting their Spring Market, followed by Thoresby Estate Eventing Spring Carnival. One of our favourite parts of what we do is visiting and working from some of the most stunning and historic places in the country.
Putting in the hard yards... or miles?
We have been so thankful for all our customers in the last couple of months, as we have had a slower start to the show season, with the weather and the economy playing its part on event footfall, but online we have had such a great response to new furniture pieces in particular.
We have been all over the country in recent weeks delivering furniture, with many trips to London, I must admit I did not budget at the start of the year to pay this many tunnel or congestion charges!
This week we head to the North East delivering a lovely piece of furniture near the coast.
We've had a delivery from Stoke-on-Trent!
We have been working on bringing some of our most popular designs from cards and prints to kitchenware. Our first products in this range are our new mugs.
We have introduced the Defender mug similar to our Christmas special edition, but this time without the tree on top so you can use it all year round.
We also heard your feedback about the mug and it being purchased for Husbands, Dads, Brothers or Boyfriends and it being too small! So we have added a larger size as well for those who enjoy a bigger cuppa.
And for those like me, who forget to drink a big cup of tea and half of it goes cold... We still have the smaller Defender mug and also the new Runner Duck mug, this was a really popular design last year and I thought it would be great to include in our new kitchenware.
